- NANick Allen1 day ago1.0So disappointed, every weekend I come to Fayetteville for work and always stop in to this chipotle due to the adequate portion of protein. They normally are not so tight on toppings. This time I had to order double protein on both bowls and it still was less then normal protein portion. I even stated “wow you are going super light today, it’s not like that any other time” only to have a response of a laugh. 2 bowels small portions of rice, beans actually everything….45 dollars later. I don’t think I have ever been so disappointed. If you look at any of my other review they are positive on places. But for a place I go to weekly and the cost of this places services/food I don’t think I have ever been so disappointed in a food establishment. Definitely will rethink where I spend my money every weekend.

Had to wait for more white rice to finish cooking and the server said they were completely out of fajitas. Prices just continue to increase as well.

- MDM. DiazNov 23, 20252.0Came in tonight 11/23/25 to pick up dinner for work. I walked in around 10pm and was stunned to notice no one looked up or greeted me until I stood in front of the register. There was 2 males and 2 females, all cleaning up and avoiding eye contact. The one guy that finally acknowledged me had an attitude and you could tell by the look on his face I was inconveniencing him. It’s so rude to treat customers like this and yall need to do better or find another job simple as that. Also, they were extremely greedy with the portions, as always. I’ll drive 10 extra minutes and stick to the one on Dickson from now on.
