    Food is fantastic but I waited 35 minutes after the estimated time from a pickup/online order. Customers in the same boat were given a complimentary tea/lemonade.

    I was having a rough day and I came in and met Casey he was the most kindest friendliest faces I seen all day. His customer service and care was beyond appreciated he not only made me feel seen as a customer but he honestly made my night better you guys have amazing food and just outstanding staff!     Casey was so very helpful to me! I made an online order and hit order before remembering I needed to make addition for a friend of mine. Not something I typically order, so easy to forget. I called right away to try and cancel my order, not seeing the option on the app, so I wouldn’t have to double delivery fees for a second order. Casey helped me quickly add the order to my delivery in a pinch with exactly what I needed. I was so relieved and grateful for his help!

    Good food choices, but the price is a bit much for you get. I was unimpressed that an employer was out in the dining room loudly moving chairs and banging them into tables. There were at least a dozen tables occupied with customers who couldn’t even talk while she moved furniture.

    Last Saturday, after Christmas shopping, my husband and I were hungry and I love Cave and he had never been before so we decided to go. He dropped me off at the doors and parked the car and I let the employees know it was his first time so we may be slow at ordering. The young guy working that day was quick to provide samples of anything and everything for my husband to try! He was quick and sweet and considerate and earned a new Cava lover! Thanks guys & Merry Christmas!
