My food did not arrive until 7:40 PM and it was incorrect (not what I ordered) and I still had not received my drink. By 8:13 PM, my wife’s food had still not come out at all. During this time, our waitress appeared to be behaving erratically and unprofessionally, to the point that it seemed she may have been under the influence of drugs. Her mannerisms and lack of focus were very concerning. I attempted to speak with a manager around 8:20 PM to settle our bill and express my concerns, but no one ever brought the bill to our table. At that point, we had been waiting over an hour and fifteen minutes with incomplete service. This experience was completely unacceptable, especially from a brand like Buffalo Wild Wings
