Update: it's weeks or moths later now and despite having heard from them I have not gotten the compensation they promised me. Terrible customer service all the way to the top.
I had a horrible experience at this location. I literally got a Mac bowl served to me in a sandwich box and when I dared to say something I was told to take it up with the government?? I wasn't trying to complain about the price on the menu, I was trying to complain about being served Mac with half its toppings in a sandwich box for full price. There's a big difference. When I pointed out that I was simply expecting what any other Arby's would serve me, I was met with blank stares. When I said I figured I would just go to another Arby's from now on I was met with, "good, I'd be fine with that".
I NEVER complain, and wouldn't have even tried this time if they'd given me a fork in the first place, but to be treated as if expecting what I paid for was unreasonable was simply unacceptable.
I immediately took the survey on the receipt to report what has happened and it even asked if I wanted to be contacted about this. It's now days later and I've heard nothing.
So disappointing. Neve going back.
