    I had a horrible experience at this location. I literally got a Mac bowl served to me in a sandwich box and when I dared to say something I was told to take it up with the government?? I wasn't trying to complain about the price on the menu, I was trying to complain about being served Mac with half its toppings in a sandwich box for full price. There's a big difference. When I pointed out that I was simply expecting what any other Arby's would serve me, I was met with blank stares. When I said I figured I would just go to another Arby's from now on I was met with, "good, I'd be fine with that". I NEVER complain, and wouldn't have even tried this time if they'd given me a fork in the first place, but to be treated as if expecting what I paid for was unreasonable was simply unacceptable. I immediately took the survey on the receipt to report what has happened and it even asked if I wanted to be contacted about this. It's now days later and I've heard nothing. So disappointing. Neve going back.

    Bought lunch through the drive thru and once finished with my drink, poured the rest down the sink. Noticed black spots in the cup. Ants. Sanitary issue has me a bit disgusted and won’t be eating there again.
