  I’m a regular here, and this was really disappointing. They were clearly super short staffed and only one person up front and one on online orders, and the wait was terrible. An employee told me they didn’t have anyone else and the manager was on grill. She apologized, but it wasn’t her fault. The GM wasn’t there, which is unacceptable. Management should be supporting the team in situations like this.

  I love Cava. The food is so good! Atmosphere is amazing. Especially Leticia and lyric who helped me. I would recommend the cava on college ave to anyone who loves Mediterranean food.

  Me and my girlfriend love Cava. We live in Joplin but travel to Oklahoma frequently and always stop at Cava on the way through. My only only complaint/question is the Chicken they use. It appears as white meat but I'll be eating my bowl and get pieces of chicken that have an extremely weird texture, almost a raw texture. I think it I knew it was dark meat it wouldn't throw me off at all but when you're eating it in a bowl with 15 other types of food in the bowl and can't tell it messes with your brain 😂 Finally last night when I got a piece like that I stopped chewing and took it out of my mouth (gross I know) and discovered it was a piece of straight fat and had the texture of raw meat. So I ask you Cava owner, what kind of Chicken are you using? White meat from Breasts? Dark meat from thighs? A mix of both? And why are y'all leaving pieces of straight fat in it 😂

  I had a disappointing experience at CAVA. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable, mainly due to the manager, Chelsea (I know this was her name from her name tag), who was looking at employees in a harsh and disrespectful way. I also heard her yelling at one of the employees, which was very unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant. Overall, the food was okay, but the management left a bad impression. I would not recommend this location. very unprofessional.
