  Jaime was very rude didn't listen well at all. Got our order wrong and charged us wrong. We asked for 2 Dr. Peppers and order 1 frosty he charged us 2 frostys and only had one Dr. Pepper, and as we were ordering he kept asking what was that. (We spoke very clearly, and politely spoke up). He tried to be sneaky not giving us our receipt, so we had to ask for our receipt. DO NOT GET ANYTHING HERE! Also, gave us wayyyyyy tooo much ice in our Dr. Pepper, and the way they put the sandwich in the bag made it hard to get out. I ended up poking a hole in the sandwich. Also, found brown lettuce in my sandwich.

  The staff were kind and funny. The food was really lacking this time. The burger had no flavor, the fries were limp, and the sweet tea is the kind that has that horrible taste.

  This location never has more than 3 people working. I’m not sure if this place even has management. I live just down the road from this location and more times than not it would be quicker and easier to go to literally ANY other location. Nothing about this place is “fast” food. Their machines consistently break- slowing you down even more. Absolutely ridiculous. I went on my HOUR LONG lunch break, ordered through the mobile app and ended up having to leave empty handed. Unacceptable. I was told “someone will be right with you” 3 times and no one ever assisted me.
