Absolutely fantastic, instead of me having to wait another 20 minutes he had it ready for me within 10 and I appreciate that so much. He didn’t roll his eyes. He didn’t have an attitude. He just basically helped me get my food so I can go home and feed my family late night. So much appreciated more people need to be like Jacob!
