  I understand hiring is challenging and this is an undesirable job. Still, the filth and smell are unacceptable. This can't be safe for customers and the employees.

  Eureka Springs McDonald's customer service is horrendous. Regulars do know and will tell you. It takes minutes to be even acknowledged in the lobby if you're lucky enough to have an employee take your order. Mosts days the management refuses to take your order on the counter and you have to use the kiosk because they are so under staffed. The drive thru moves extremely slow. I've waited in line over 30 minutes on so many occasion I go inside and order when I stop here. This McDonald's is in desperate need of employees and the owners could care less.

  I go here because it's convenient considering the circumstances of fast food in Eureka, however the last two times I went my order was wrong the food tasted old and cold I was the only person waiting for my food for takeout in store, wall drive-thru is a bit longer. However the staff was rude and inconsiderate they weren't properly change in their gloves are washing their hands after entering and exiting the restaurant including management I'd waited over 25 minutes for two orders which shouldn't have taken that long. the fries were fresh but my burgers tasted oiled like they've been sitting there pre-made for 20 minutes I wish there were other options other than this facility
