  Was the worst pizza I have ever eaten there. I don't know if they had a new cook or what, last time I ate there it was so good. This time awful.

  Went for a sandwich. They didn't have any sandwiches because all the bread was frozen. Sounds like somebody did not do their job and lay bread out so that they could continue to make sandwiches Now I've updated my review. I went to get a personal pan pizza today and they're out of personal pan pizzas. How is Pizza Hut out of personal pan pizzas. I mean if they want locals to support their business. This is ridiculous. This is something twice in a week. Are you kidding me?

  Placed an order online with a pick up time of 12:51. Just got the order at 1:22 after the cheese sticks fell off of the conveyor belt from the oven and had to be remade. No apologies from staff. And the pizzas sat around while waiting for cheese sticks. Not a good experience.

  Went to this location while vacationing in Eureka Springs. We had not had lunch & decided to stop here around 3:30pm. We walked in & saw a sign to wait to be seated. We were the only ones there, dining room was empty. We stood there for about 5 minutes with no one around, not even in the kitchen. Finally a girl came up & asked if we had carry out, we said no can we eat inside, she acted like we were an inconvenience & said sit where ever you want. The dining area carpet was disgusting. Dirty with food & crumbs. Table cloths were dirty & sticky. Workers kept going in & out of the doors, some smoking, some playing with a puppy in parking lot. The positive of our visit was the pizza was very good! If management & employees would care about the atmosphere & customers dining inside it would be a very good place.
