- YYYossarianMar 6, 20261.0Would review 0 if I could. Received the worst service I've ever had in my life in the drive through. Some one named Ethan sherry dropped my ice cream cone in my car and refused to replace it. When I asked the manager Alex to replace it, she said " did you pay for it" and then told me to leave.

It's like they pass a step or avoid putting sugar and the syrup just to make it faster getting it out the window. Also, I ordered the hot cakes breakfast today and the bottom of my bag was just covered in syrup. There was a slit in my syrup and it spilled everywhere. I didn't even get to use it. Also I had two orders. My mom was missing her sausage biscuit and I have witnessed. I'm almost handing a coffee of mine out to the people in front of me. It just gets to the point where it's annoying and a nuisance to even ask bare minimum what you pay for
- AGAnthony GordinJan 19, 20261.0I ordered breakfast in the app prior to coming to McDonald's and get there 2 minutes after 10:30 in the drive through and they couldnt process my order even though it took my money. They said they couldn't mske it. The person in the drive through i spoke to was on this day at this moment. I recommend to stop placing orders in the app well before 10:30 or at least note that if we get there after 10:30 they won't make the order. Its a little irritating to get there after you paid for a meal and they don't make it. I would appreciate a phone call from someone a little more friendlier. If you get orders before 10:30 they should be made to fulfill the orders not to get there just to disappoint customers.
