I accidentally sent my mobile order to this subway when I was at work, I called them over 20 times trying to cancel it and get a refund and proceeded to called over an hour later and still couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Now 4 hours later I got someone on the phone who said “can’t help you with that ” and proceeded to hang up in my face. Very poor customer service.
