  This is the most horrible place I ever seen in Dumas ppl here are mean and rude and my whole order was Wrong and the ppl have to get mad ALL THESE PPL WORKING IN DUMAS AR IS PLAYING AROUND AND NOT DOING THERE JOB RIGHT PLAYING ON THERE PHONES AND WHEN IM TAKING TO YOU THAT MEANS TALK BACK DAMN IT AND IT DONT TAKE LONG TIME TO TAKE A ORDER AND PLUS YOU ALWAYS BE NICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS GOD WILL GET YALL BUT THANK GOODNESS IM NOT GOINGBACK THAT PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED FOR GOOD

  Cold food, 2 burritos, & 1 sausage egg & cheese mcgriddle. Chocolate Milk out of date. Took milk back, got a tea for replacement. At least coffees were hot. For big trucks, with commercial or personal trailers, & RVs, good parking next to McDonald's. Tables looked clean clean.

  If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Not only did our group have to wait an unusually long time for our food, but one person in our party—who actually ordered before anyone else—did not receive their meal until over 20 minutes after the rest of us were served. When I politely went to ask about the missing order, I was initially ignored, and when I was finally acknowledged, the employee who helped me was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, and it honestly felt like she simply hated her job and was taking it out on customers. To make matters worse, the tables and floors were visibly dirty and poorly maintained, which only added to the negative experience. Between the long wait, the lack of cleanliness, and the extremely poor customer service, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.Save yourself some disappointment and DO NOT STOP HERE!!!
