    Today I witnessed an employee treating an elderly gentleman like trash. The way the female employee treated him was absurd. If you support elder abuse this Sonic is for you.

    I asked to have my sandwich remade because they forgot the bacon and there was hardly any lettuce and 1 small tomato the girl tried to just come out and bring me some bacon and have me dress my own burger and she disregarded the fact there was a small amount of vegetables on the sandwich and the patty was dry . She eventually agreed with me and went inside and had it remade.

    Went through drive thru, ordered #10 med. with med Dr Pepper. Also ordered a lg diet Dr Pepper. Got to window no fries but she said she could add them. Got the lg drink but no medium drink. Charged us for that asked for ranch . She gave us the drink. Had to ask again for ranch. Gave us one package of ranch. I guess everyone is cutting corners these days. Wont go back!

    Always love Sonic but it really seems like the food quality has gone downhill. I always get the chicken strip basket but now that the fries are crinkle and the gravy is gone it's not good.

    Was unaware they were about to close. GOOGLE said 11pm. So we pulled in at 9:55. We were in a incorrect parking area so moved, my elder mother had to practicly lay over me to see the menu. Then this rude individual came stood in front of my car and screamed at me "are you going to order?" We close in 5 minutes and the kitchen closes in 1! I"I said I apologize I was going to use the app, so my mother could see the menu." And then aggressively told us the app didn't work! So I politely left. Sonic is my #1 place to eat wherever I go. But I will never go to the Dover, AR. Location ever again. I felt disrespected and astounded at the aggression this person approached us with.
