I ordered two burgers with two drinks, and it took over 30 minutes to get my food. When it finally came out, both burgers were cold and soggy, and the fries were cold and tasted like pure cooking oil. completely inedible. On top of that, one of the employees said something rude (even threw in a racial slur under their breath, which caught me off guard), and at that point I just wanted to leave. I’ve never had an experience this unprofessional at a Sonic before. Definitely not coming back to this location.
