- ADAllison DobbinsNov 7, 20251.0Unless you stand in front of them to make sure they complete your order correctly, it will not happen. Multiple times now our mobile and drive through orders have been wrong. Even though clearly requested, we have received sandwiches that were not toasted, had none of the requested veggies, had zero sauce on pizza subs, had condiments added that were not requested, etc. The place was not busy. At times, I was the only customer there. Do better!

Once they left off lettuce another time mayo another time oil and vinegar. It’s pathetic. I will not be returning to Crossett Arkansas’s Subway. It’s like the employees don’t realize if there were no customers there’d be no job. Just rude and disrespectful and act like customers are a bother. Who wants a cold chicken bacon ranch. Now that I think about it was on the wrong bread too. It’s just sad.
