    The fries were hot, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. The wings were straight garbage. I had to heat them up in the microwave when I got them home. I know what day-old wings look like and these were NOT fresh or cooked recently. These things were heat lamp fried to death!! It's strange how a place can knock it out of the park with fries but miserably fail at preparing their flagship menu item. I'm honestly in better shape cooking my own wings and drowning them in a hot sauce picked out from the Wal-Mart condiment aisle. 1st and Last time coming here.

    Tables were sticky, nowhere to throw away food that we had just ate, wait took about 40 minutes and wasn't even that hot. Workers touching their faces and on their phones, obvious arguing happening in the kitchen (it was loud). Dont recommend.

    I came to this location a few months ago and on that visit, I ordered online and they didn’t make my order and didn’t want to talk to me or care about my refund that I called about the next day. This was my first experience with wing stop ever and I said I’d never go back out of pettiness. A month later, I realized I never got the refund so I called and Matthew answered, was so nice, and refunded me immediately. I went again tonight, because Matthew saved the day with his customer service and he happened to be there. The food was made quick, he immediately addressed me when I walked in and I love Wing Stop now and will be a regular. This is a worldwide business and people like him create customers who never turn back, or go to places like BWW. Because be fr. Wing Stop is a million times better but customer service can make or break a business, and Matthew deserves all the recognition and appreciation and really a promotion. People like him are rare to come by in the service industry these days.

    This has to be the worst service I’ve ever gotten in a dine-in restaurant. Firstly— don’t advertise your restaurant as ‘dine-in’ if you don’t have any trash cans for the customers to put their trash in after their meal. Secondly, the service was genuinely terrible. The woman who took our order, Bailey, spent the entire time at the register on her phone with the several other coworkers doing the same. We ordered at 5:45 and didn’t get our meal - $21 for a sandwich and three tenders - until 6:15; 30 minutes for fast food chicken is ridiculous. The drinks were terrible and the food was mediocre. Nothing to write home about. The bun for our sandwich was stale, the chicken was poorly sauced and tasted like they left it out to sit while they worked on other orders. The tables, floors, and walls were unpleasantly sticky; the floors were filthy and the tables weren’t wiped down from other customers. There were no napkins available for the dine-in customers nor provided with our food, and the drink station was a mess. The soda dispenser was not mixing the syrup properly and spat out poorly mixed sodas. I’m very disappointed in my experience and will not be returning.
