  The food is gross! This is more than once it has been late. But this is ridulous you advertise always fresh.

  We walked to order at eat at this location and were shocked at how filthy it was. I mean it was 11am and nobody was there and the floors looked like they had not been swept in days or even weeks! Tables were so dirty you could see the filth from the order area. Bathroom was horrific. This place should be shut down.

  Ordered a sausage biscuit and got a biscuit with a piece of bacon on it. Coffee was old and bitter. Won't be going back.

  Hours of operation not what they say. Pulled up to drive through window at 7:00 A.M. no response from anyone to take my order. Waited for 3 minutes before driving away from the order screen. When I drove around to the front to leave 1 person was leaning over the counter looking at there phone.

  Very disappointed with my last order at Dave Ward Wendy’s in Conway, Ar - was not informed until we arrived they didn’t have chili - my card was already charged and app shows order was picked up - when I tried to call about a refund phone just says nobody is available to take my call and hangs up - Yes, I was offered substitutes I was not interested in or I was told I could come back in 2-3 hours and maybe they would have some then . My reason for calling and not asking about a refund at the window is after we were told we could come back the person in the window quit acknowledging us so we drove away and I called before leaving the parking lot - Not the first time I have had issues with this Wendy’s - and yes, more good times than bad - but I also should not have been charged for food I did not receive nor should my account state that I received it
