    Went for drinks one I ordered DrPepper and ended up with diet and the other was a cherry sprite with extra cherry syrup which I paid for but didn't get the extra cherry

    I accidentally placed an order there twice and need to cancel it, I called crying because I felt so bad and the manager was so rude and acted like I did it on purpose. As a sonic worker I am NEVER this rude and it reflects badly on the store

    If the app doesn't let me check in, I know I'll be leaving without the food I've paid for. I've bought 3 rt.44 waters,1 rt. 44 unsweetened tea, 1 cheeseburger, and 4 corn dogs, and didn't receive anything, because their intercom was unintelligible. Customer service said I should complain at the location, and the location said "we paid to have the the intercom fixed". Meanwhile, I got stiffed.
