- MGMelonie GriffinMar 21, 20261.0Need to have a sign at the front door saying that all fries are cooked in peanut oil.The sign that's in the restaurant needs to be turned around where people can see it when they're up ordering food.Rather than when they go over by the fountain drinks.Luckily, we caught it just in time even though my husband had already ate a few fries need to be posted better and bigger.And you need to have bigger signs on the front.Door about the peanuts to where they're not shaded and fully visible.

Every single time, my fries have tasted like soap or have some type of metallic taste. I work in F&B myself and know that this is a result of not thoroughly getting the soap off the fryer or not getting it clean enough so that the oil is good. Please do something about this or my next order will probably be the last. Thanks, and hopeful for the next visit!

I have ordered here quite a few times over the last few month, but consistently my fries have tasted like soap or have a metallic taste. I work in F&B myself, so I know that this can be result of not getting all of the soap off after washing the fryer or not changing the oil and keeping it clean. I really hope this is seen, or I’m sorry to say that my next order with this result will be my last. Thanks, and hopeful for the next visit!

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
