- GGGavinDec 9, 20252.0So we haven’t eaten all day and I made a mobile order for the whole crew and the total was almost $70 so kind of a big order but the place looked pretty empty so I figured we would get our food pretty quick and it did come out in decent time but when I said I had a mobile order all she said was pull up and then we get to the window and every time she handed me something she was very rude saying here take it hurry up as I was trying to get everything situated and she just looked pissed off at me and when I wanted a receipt she stomped around and rolled her eyes and handed it to me no have a good night or nothing even remotely friendly but they got our order right so there’s that

Finally got my order correct after she stopped interrupting and rushing me along. I waited forever for the order just for it to be cold. Has happened to me multiple time at this location. The coldest day of the year and some how they don’t have any chili, but just seemed more like they just didn’t want to make it. Normally I wouldn’t even waste my energy, but like I said this has happened to me Way too many times at this location. I’ll be going to Oak street for now on.

It's sad how customer service isn't a valued thing anymore. I literally looked at the girl and when she seen us looking at her she walked to the back... Like I guess it was such a hassle to take my family's order....
