My reason for calling and not asking about a refund at the window is after we were told we could come back the person in the window quit acknowledging us so we drove away and I called before leaving the parking lot - Not the first time I have had issues with this Wendy’s - and yes, more good times than bad - but I also should not have been charged for food I did not receive nor should my account state that I received it
