We took this situation very seriously, especially considering we had a vehicle full of our children, and we reported it on your official website, yet we have yet to hear back from anyone. Unfortunately, this employees is still here. Yesterday, our order was incorrect, but we had to choose to simply drive away rather than asking for corrections due to the fact that said employee was visible inside the window and it wasnt worth a potential assault on our vehicle to have it corrected. We reported this incident very quickly after it happened, why have we not heard anything back? Thank you

But this place is so bad the whole staff to include all levels of management should quit and reconsider whether or not they should continue to breathe. How many ways can you literally screw up a fast food order? I think they hold the record.

I took the order inside and overheard the mgr tell another associate that she had to "deal" with me. She refunded the wraps, but she then gave me the crunch wraps, too, rather than throwing them away. No jarm done. Just an inconvenience when people don't listen.
