    I ordered food through the app for pick up on accident when I was trying to cancel it. I tried calling the store like it says on the app and not a single time that I call did someone pick up the phone and I called so many times because I can’t leave my house I have a two year-old toddler and I don’t have a car their website. Customer service thing was not very helpful. I can’t even confirm or deny if my order was canceled.

    My mom and I went in for sandwiches at this location. First of all, one of the ladies behind the counter - the one in charge of the bread, meat, and cheese, was rude and very sarcastic to my mom just because my mom couldn't hear her question when she asked what kind of cheese my mom wanted on her sandwich. The woman was mumbling very fast and talking down into the cooler - I was standing right there and didn't understand what she said either. She clearly was having a bad day, but that was no reason to be rude when she was asked if she could repeat her question. We were trying to be friendly, but it was clear from her tone of voice that she was already in a bad mood when we approached the counter. Also, the grilled chicken on my sandwich was quite chewy and so processed-tasting that it had no discernable flavor of its own. I feel like their ingredients have really gone downhill in the last few years. So disappointing because I used to like eating at Subway. BTW - the other lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful!

    The ladies here are always nice and your sandwich is always made with care and accuracy. This is the best subway in Conway. I always go to then although others are closer!
