    Second time placing a pick up order for a PIZZA SUB WITH MARINARA, second time I received a sandwich without marinara. It’s 3 ingredients, and they somehow miss one of them.

    I ordered a 6 inch steak philly & it was hardly any meat. The staff was just complaining how a customer called about it & i definitely see why she called and complained. I tasted more bread, mayo, and vegetables.

    I’ve always been a fan of Subway, but my recent order left me pretty frustrated. In the first sandwich I opened, I found a hair. I thought it might have been a one-off mistake, but when I checked the second sandwich, I found a piece of plastic in that one. Two issues with two different sandwiches in the same order really raised concerns about the quality and care put into the food. I didn't feel comfortable eating either one, and honestly, it really made me rethink my next visit. I hope this was just an isolated incident, but it was definitely not the experience I expected.

    The lady who was grabbing my pickup order seemed rude/bothered by me, and completely cut off another customer she was helping just to deal with me. I personally don’t find that okay at all and seriously disrespect considering they were there before me, and I was trying to wait till she was done with them. 🫤

    The woman that made my sandwich made me feel like I ruined her day when I asked for avocado on the sandwich. Not a pleasant experience and I won’t be back.
