I accidentally placed an order there twice and need to cancel it, I called crying because I felt so bad and the manager was so rude and acted like I did it on purpose. As a sonic worker I am NEVER this rude and it reflects badly on the store

If the app doesn't let me check in, I know I'll be leaving without the food I've paid for. I've bought 3 rt.44 waters,1 rt. 44 unsweetened tea, 1 cheeseburger, and 4 corn dogs, and didn't receive anything, because their intercom was unintelligible. Customer service said I should complain at the location, and the location said "we paid to have the the intercom fixed". Meanwhile, I got stiffed.

Very very crappy services gave me xl coney that looked like they stitched the bread together or was biting off it and sent it out to me! My tator tots were very old and over cooked it seemed and when I did call the manager she more worried about my damn receipt which I still have & I’ll be keeping that for my receipts as a reminder to never come back there! And just because you guys been at work all day doesn’t give you the right to push a product out of your business that ain’t a fresh and quality product I’m sure thats against policy and Sonics standards, I’m highly pissed off because I work to hard for my $ and yall ain’t gotta never worry bout seeing me nomore! And yeah I gave yall a bad review because that was bad business and very much lame!!

Just stopped in to get a couple of drinks pushed the button and NEVER got a response or acknowledgment waited and after enough time had elapsed that we could have gotten home finally left this is not the first time I have had a service issue with this store and it show a serious lack of leadership and obviously someone that should not be a manager because they have no organization ability and an inability to lead and inspire those they are charged to lead if I owned this store I would terminate this person and I would find some one that can do the job because this person is costing money to lost sales we left with out speaking to anyone and went home and got something to drink which saved us about $10
