The proprietor brought it out to us and apologized!!! The server Rachet was absolutely the most amazing server we have ever had!!! We were going to order 2 different sides and our server pointed out we could get their new appetizer trio for about as much as 1 appetizer! He made suggestions that were helpful. He treated us like he knew us his whole life and we were his only customer!!! If I could I would give this place 1,000,000 stars!!! Everything was fresh, delicious, and exactly what we wanted! If you are within an hour of this location it will be well worth the drive! They see you as a friend not just money!!

From being friendly, to having refills before having to ask! He even pre-bussed (removed unnecessary plates) during our meal!!! He came back after we got our food to even see how the meal was going!! I usually write reviews when I’m pissed but I’m going to start writing reviews when I’m impressed as well!!! As a black woman it’s very hard at times to get good service and with my formers years as a server I know what good service is!!! Below is the meal my daughter ordered with the potato soup

It was that good. Kennedy at the bar was a total rockstar — on point, attentive, and making sure everything was smooth from start to finish. Between the service and that ridiculously good steak, I’m already planning my next visit. And whoever picked the soundtrack deserves a raise. The vibes were awesome!

They sent it back to the kitchen 10 min later it still comes back med rare! Told them to keep it. The cheese fries was okay salty but thats usual for outback to alway be salty on everything! Won't be back to any outback steakhouse
