  I downloaded the app and they had free large fries with any purchase and $2 off a combo. I added some kind of flaming sauce to my hotdog. It was really good

  Today my bestie & I purchased a Reeces ice cream cake from the Conway location for a friend & had it delivered. Huge disappointment!! Simple round cake with no Reeces candy pieces nor chocolate drizzle on top. Looked absolutely nothing like their advertised cake. We paid over $40 on this bare cake & had to decorate the top ourselves. I have purchased ice cream cakes here in the past with no issues whatsoever, completely satisfied. With the economy the way it is presently, I will be looking elsewhere from now on. If I could post pictures I would. Ridiculous.

  I literally ordered a dish of chocolate ice cream with sprinkles. Let me say that again...CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM with sprinkles. She took my order and did not tell me they don't have chocolate. The other gal made a dish of VANILLA ice cream, chocolate syrup and the hardest non-pareils, not SPRINKLES, you have ever tried to not break your teeth crunching through. I said, "I ordered CHOCOLATE ice cream, not vanilla. My child won't eat vanilla." She said, "We only have vanilla..." I said,"She literally just took my order and didn't tell me you don't have CHOCOLATE ice cream! Why didn't she tell me?! I just paid for that and my child isn'tgoing to eat it!" Keep in mind SHE who took my order was right there, hearing my outrage, but not having the courage to look at me... the other gal said,"We could turn it into a blizzard and put sprinkles on top- maybe she will like that?" I mean, what was it supposed to say? I told her I guess we could try it. SHE DIDN'T LIKE IT. Neither the "CHOCOLATE" ice cream or the "SPRINKLES." THE "SPRINKLES" were hard as rocks. In Iowa, we have real ice cream sprinkles. They're appropriately ice-cream soft/hard. In Iowa, our Dairy Queen's have CHOCOLATE ice cream. But wait! It gets better! The manager was right there when I ordered CHOCOLATE ice cream and the manager is who made and brought me the VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH CHOCOLATE SYRUP and HARD NON-PAREILS. The manager heard me ask for CHOCOLATE ice cream, the manager DID NOT hear the employee ask me if vanilla was okay instead, because she didn't ask me, the manager herself didn't ask me-- she just made it and they both assumed it would be okay. Neither offered an apology. Neither offered my money back. This is EXACTLY why you have other poor reviews, and why you will inevitably lose business. Your employees. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVER.
