This was the guacamole I just received in my pickup order. It looks absolutely disgusting! I can’t believe that they would serve this to their customers

It seems that Chipotle has in its training manual to never clean, or tidy up the make-line. Meaning, regardless of the location across the country, it always looks like you have just came in right after a couple of busses. However, this location doesn't fall victim to the mess chaos of Chipotle. I've been to this location several times and I always seem to leave happy I chose the location. Staff is polite and focused on you. Ready for this? They actually wait for your answer on 'white' or 'brown' rice before they ask what protein. Yeah. I know. When moving down the toppings line they are engaged and treat your order with care and seem to take pride in making a quality product. Even at checkout, when upselling chips, cheese, and drinks, it's not offensive nor patronizing. The food itself has always been hot and taste how you hope Chipotle should taste. The toppings are not so minimal that you ponder what you're actually paying for. Also, they are not so overly unbalanced that you're eating a tiny piece of chicken with a huge handful of lettuce. I recommend the 3-count crispy tacos with chicken and steak. We so often go to Chipotle for a bowl or burrito, but those crispy tacos are addicting... seriously. The restaurant is clean and inviting. HVAC is operable and with a comfortable temperature. Enough rambling on about a Chipotle restaurant. Let me get to the point. If you're cruising around Conway trying to decide what you want to eat, stop in at THIS Chipotle. Prince and Salem. It's pretty darn good.

First time going to chipotle wasn’t sure how extra meat or half and half works. I informed the girl I wanted to get honey chicken/regular chicken. The lady at the back that wasn’t fixing my bowl stated it’s an up charge of $5. That was incorrect on the app it states 10.25 for half honey chicken and half regular chicken. I informed the girl to remove the extra chicken if that’s the case because that is insane. The lady who wasn’t fixing my bowl stated she had to start over so she told the girl to throw the bowl in the trash. I guess she assumed I wanted the extra meat for free. She was rude. I do feel like portion size for the amount you pay should be better. They are very skimpy on the rice/queso and vegetables as well as meat. They also rush you and not really pleasant when asking questions. The older white lady in the back was rude definitely seemed racist and she wasn’t even fixing my bowl. If I was someone else, I highly doubt she would have told her to throw the bowl in the trash. Idk if I would visit this location again. However, the honey chipotle chicken/ranch was good.

7/24/25 update: Everyone was cool again. The guy who made the burrito stuffed it with a bunch of stuff, and I didn't ask for extra anything... so it seems like how much you get is not too consistent. The cashier gave me a price and I scanned a QR code for a free item. She was distracted and talking to other people and I tried paying as the total on the customer-facing screen showed correctly. The register charged me the wrong amount, applying the charge of the free item to my card. I think the machine required some input from her to fix the total. That's a stupid design, since it shows the customer the correct price. That isn't HER fault, but the fault of the company in general. They won't refund it back to the card by either reversing and re-charging or sending back a refund. Instead they give you cash. that sucks. They were cool about it, but Chipotle's corporate stuff is resposnible for these failures. The most blame I could put on her was allowing herself to become distracted instead of doing her job. At the end of the day though, the machine told me the total was right and it dosn't make sense to display that to the customer. Even if she wasn't distracted it was possible for me to scan my card before her input on the register. Original 7/18/25 review: Employee were all cool, though a bit stingy on ingredients. Not really bad like a lot of the time at Oak St. I live right next to the Oak St location and will likely go to Prince if I go again.
