  Today was the third time in the last two months where it has taken well over 10+ minutes to get my drink, even with no line, because the employees are constantly talking to friends who drive through. At least 5 cars were behind me while we waited for the first car. They got their drink instantly, and then the employees chatted with them for over 10 minutes, making all the rest of us wait. This has never been an issue in the last year I've been coming to this location until this new group of employees, who are also very dismissive in general (unless you have sorority letters on your car, it seems). I don't plan on returning to this location for the foreseeable future.

  7 Brew is always a solid place to stop for a great drink. Coffees are great. Teas are great. They do well to listen to what you want in order to make any drink as close to your request as possible. I'm not a "candied coffee" drinker so I'm always asking for half sweet and extra shots. Their cold brew - my preferred drink - is also really good.

  The best! Always so kind and understanding. I made the wrong turn and there was no way out but the driveway. It had been a hard night for me and they gave me a free drink! Im a loyal customer so this just made me even more ❤️

  Always the best. ! Delicious candy coffee! OMG, its sooooo good. The service is always great and friendly. It's a must have. I love the Mocha Chillers w/ Caramel Drizzle. They have so much more than that lots and lots of deliciousness!

  Ordered two drinks and was told the price was $11.79, get to the window/drive up area and upon paying cash was told it’s $12.00 and after asking why the increase for paying cash and the girl responds with “ America doesn’t recognize the penny anymore so they are rounding up. When handed the exact amount of which I was told the first time before rounding up I was then asked “that amount is short and doesn’t include a tip”. I’m honestly disgusted that most employees expect tips and actually think gratuity is a must. People tip for good service, people tip to show they are grateful for such service. You don’t work at seven brew or any other QSR (quick serve restaurant) to make it a career, it’s not meant to be a career. It’s meant to be a stepping stone into the work field while you’re still in school to gain some experience but a lesson needs to be taught to these employees before they get emotionally hurt by a response from someone. Refusal to accept US Currency in order to pay a debt when the person has no other means to satisfy said debt legally considers that debt to them be null and void and met as satisfactory. JUST BECAUSE YOU ARENT GETTING RICH WORKING A MINIMUM WAGE JOB AS A TEENAGER DOES NOT MEAN I HAVE TO GIVE YOU A TIP JUST FOR DOING WHAT YOU CONTRACTED WITH SEVEN BREW AND AGREED ON DOING IN EXCHANGE FOR X AMOUNT OF WAGES. Six days a week I get two drinks at this location, $3690.27 per year or $307.52 per month on watered down coffee out of convenience, now doing simple math and assuming that seven brew serves 1,000 people daily which is more than likely in the low side in Conway at this specific location the store makes a gross of approx $11,790 per day if two drinks are $11.79 and they serve a thousand people. So before coming at every customer demanding a tip for doing your job maybe you should do a little evaluation of your performance as a whole and then seek a raise for said character improvement. But spending 300 plus dollars a month to be met by a younger girl telling me I’m short changing because I don’t include a tip automatically is truly shameful. The bad part is this is the second time this has happened in the last month and if I leave as a customer I wonder how many others I can get to follow since speaking with management seems to have done nothing and this is the next step to ensure something is done. Do better because if it’s a lack of paying fair wages I’m sure it wouldn’t benefit if they left after realizing how far word of mouth can travel.
