  So I actually work at a different dominos at a different franchise, however I have been adjacent to this store and franchise before and even took my Dominos insider certification there. Yesterday I placed a timed order for delivery to be at 5:30 today for five pizzas, once it was late 30 minutes I called to check up on it and the driver on the receiver told me it was going out right then. I waited another 30 then called back and they told me the order accidentally never got put through the system, I understand because accidents happen and I also work for the company, this has happened to me before. I tell them and the manager on shift I will be picking up the order and since they would be remaking it, added a few wings to the order as well. They granted me a free brownie for the inconvenience which was great. I went down to the store and was told that the general manager had taken my order as a delivery and was on the way to my apartment. I called my roomate and told her to tell him when he gets there to bring it back to the store, because I figured I was already here and didnt want to pay the $6 delivery fee. She called me back saying he was clearly frustrated he couldn't hand it off then and was rude to her saying things like "well then what do you want me to do?" To which she responded, "go back to the store, my roomate is waiting for you" because again, we had asked to pick it up. The food and GM get back to the store and I pay, and during the transaction he claimed my roomate cussed him out when he went to deliver to her. I had told him we never asked for it to be delivered, and he said "I'm not going to get into that with you right now" which i thought was weird cause he was the person bringing it up and making false accusations. I left it alone and when we got home we were missing an order of wings. I called the store again, at this point its 8:30 at night. The same GM told me they did everything they could have done for me and hung up on me when I expressed I was frustrated. We were all extremely understanding and apologetic during this situation so I still fail to understand why he was so upset and why he had claimed my roomate was even using cuss words in his presence, which the rest of our party assured she didn't. It does lead me to believe he said that about her because she is a very direct person, and is also Hispanic, which i view to be unacceptable. I would have understanded a hold up in the service because they were busy, I deal with that every night too. My problem is with the general managers demeanor and biases towards us in these interactions. The drivers and other CSR's were all wonderful and apologetic when they didn't even need to be. Sorry for the word vomit, it just lowkey ruined my party and as another dominos manager, I knew what happened was wrong.

  Incredibly rude general manager. Claimed I cursed him out when I did no such things. No disrespectful words were said. Spent 3 hours back and forth trying to get our food just for the gm to be rude and non cooperative.

  The didn't have my whole order and was supposed to have 30 store credit called a later day the credit was no longer there I will not be ordering from this dominoes ever again
