  So this gets a one star, not the whole rating is a one star. But the main rating is one star, because I learned today that they now charge you. If you get a drink with no ice and you want it filled up to the top they charge you extra for that. So now they're no better than Starbucks, that is what was keeping them separated from Starbucks and the fact that their coffee is better. And apparently this location no longer takes coupons, either. So I gotta find a new coffee place.

  What a great attitude and service from these people! I ordered brew boxes for a company event and they had them ready and waiting everyday! Even brought it to me car in the rain with smiling faces and a great attitude!

  Not having a good day why did about 20 minutes was totally. It was shift change, need a better system your dad should not have to wait while you do shift change. OMG do not come to this 7 Brew been sitting in line 25 minutes if I could get out, I would leave while the little girls stand up there not even coming out to take orders just staying in there looking at you while you wait to get up to the front before you can even order. Someone needs to drop in on them a little more often.

  Coffee is pretty good when they don’t mess up your drink. But the service is very hit or miss. At times you’ll have decent service, however, you’re more likely to be sitting there for 10 minutes while they flirt with the cop next to you like I was. I watched as the the line built up from nothing to packed at 530 in the morning. All the while, both girls are stuck to this cops window. Additionally, a gentleman walked up from the street and got served before any of the people waiting in the drive thru did. I understand that things happen, but 7brew has some of the worst and most inconsistent service. If they’re coffee wasn’t as good as it is, they wouldn’t be able to stay in business lol.
