  I went through the Drive Thru, so atmosphere wasn't applicable. I was shocked at the prices. Taco Bell used to be inexpensive & had good food. I was. Charged over $8 for a regular taco & a plain cheese quesadilla. The taco had very little meat & mostly lettuce. That quesadilla had barely any cheese & sauce was about right & no meat. For a $6 item that flour tortilla should have been filled with cheese. I won't go back. Next time I'll buy the ingredients & make them at home or I'll go to a real Mexican restaurant. Don't waste your time or money.

  I usually like taco bell but in my opinion they have gone down hil over the years. Don't care for the food.

  It is a hit or a miss, depends on who's working. Horrible customer service today. I usually love coming in during the daytime, most of the nighttime workers are rude, slow, and mess up your order. Today I had a family member pick up my lunch and she was told they didn't have it although I placed an online order. They didn't even get my drink correct and basically tossed my food at her. I get everyone needs a job but if you don't like what you do and can't at least put a smile on your face and be nice to your customers then you don't need to work in customer service.
