- LBLisa BakerOct 13, 20252.0I ordered a footlong BMT and picked up thru drive thru, it was ready but turned out to be a 6 in instead of a footlong and so I had to wait a little longer while they did another 6 in, I got it home and turns out the original 6-inch that was in the bag ready for me when I got there was someone else's it had yellow peppers and green peppers cucumbers jalapenos onions all over it and I do not ever get those things on my sandwich, I had two bites and tried to eat it after I picked off all of that stuff and I couldn't it had a bunch of salt and pepper on it too and was nasty so I paid for a footlong and only ate a 6 in

Today, I have to say, I watched as Adena made all three of my sandwiches with speed and care. She loaded on the goods and had a smile the whole time. They make it with love.. some places just stop it together doing thr bare minimum.. I didn't think I could be disappointed by subway but others i have been... if I ever call in and add any special notes, they always do them for me💕 also...its always clean!! Adena is fantastic... but not to say the others arent I just dont know all of their names! They're all great!

I usually get the elite chicken bacon ranch, but I get it very specifically made with certain veggies and just the right amount of ranch and they never fail to make sure it’s perfect. They even make sure they do the appropriate amount of salt and pepper, and they have never once questioned how I want my sandwich. Adena is my favorite employee there by far. In the past few months, she has never once messed up on my sandwich and she always greets every Customer with a huge smile! Honestly, the subway has great employees and great food as well as being super clean!!
