    I ordered the Sonic Cheeseburger and sonics new fries...SO VERY GOOD! There's been many sonics in the past that were so pitiful but NOT this one. The car hop that brought my food was super nice, I had a flat soda and she was fast and kind to get it replaced!!

    This sonic is well above the rest in quality.They've got great hot dogs.The service is a lot quicker than what you would get at most.And the food's at least always right?You get what you order.

    I placed an order for two route 44 drinks and a pretzel, using the app. The app automatically gave me the drinks at half price, bringing the total to 7.07. I added .93 tip, so the total was $8.00, which I paid on the app, as I always do. The young woman who brought my order gave me the drinks and pretzel before informing me that I still owed $3.91. I was surprised, and I showed her my receipt on my phone. She countered with a paper receipt that she didn't offer to give me or even show me up close. She said, "If you can't afford the food, I'll have to take it back." If was, of course, insulted, and I think she meant for me to be. I said again that the error was clearly on the app, and she said, angrily, that she couldn't help that, and I would have to pay the extra $3.91. I asked for a manager, and she said she was one. 🙄 I should have asked for a better manager, but instead I handed the drinks back to her and tossed the pretzel at her. In retrospect, I probably shouldn't have done that. I should have tossed the drinks. Needless to say, I won't be back. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to Greers Ferry for my drinks.

    My wife and I stopped in for a breakfast burrito and tots had almost no wait time the young lady that initially delivered our food was very polite the tots were still frozen in the middle and even cold to the touch we asked for new tots same young lady brought them out once again very polite very respectful the tots were once again Frozen in the middle I asked for a manager at that point the manager was very rude very argumental told my wife that the tots were not even cold I broke it open so that she could see and asked her to touch it and after proving my point I was still argued with she said she would bring out more tots my wife at that point didn't want them we asked for our money back she had an excuse and told us it was a several step process and would be inconvenient for her to refund our money. Long story short it was crap . You should probably train your employees better before letting them serve people that have been through food safety 😉 no refund was issued. They kept money and the tots
