- MSMs SimonFeb 7, 20261.0Ordered 2 ice cream cones, $5+. Get to window and they are dumped upside down in a cup with cone sticking up out the cup. I said that I cannot drive and eat like this why? She said it was too soft to make a cone. Which should have been explained when I ordered. I was fixing to give them back , I told her I can't eat this and she shut the window. We stop here often and have issues every time. Long waits, cold food but the ice cream cone upsidedown took the cake!

Canceled order and left. What a joke. What kind of clown show are they running there?! Haven't had McDonald's in over a year and this was a great reminder of why. Edit: and the coke they gave me tastes like shit. Its fast food people, its really not at all complicated...
