  Ordered online and checked in at drive thru waited 15 mins before getting to first window. 25 before 2nd then was asked to move forward when we only ordered 4 for 5 and a quarter pounder with cheese only and 2 drinks. Manager was yelling at window girl and then acted as if she gave us our order I said ma'am I'm waiting on my food.. she snapped back and realized she was wrong and then walked away. The our food was awful. Messy and cold..

  Placed my order and was in Line 20 min before we got to the pick up window. The girl handed me an order that was not mine. I told her what I ordered ( 4 holiday pies) and she asked another employee where the order was. That girl proceeded to tell her they were out of holiday pies so just give us apple. I told the girl I didn’t order apple and didn’t want apple so please just refund me. I was told very rudely that she could not refund me. I could take the apple pies or some cookies. I told her I just wanted a refund. She told me I wasn’t listening to her and that her finger didn’t have the power to give me a refund. I told her to get someone that could. She told me that the manager was outside in her car on break so it couldn’t be done. By this time I’m mad about the way they are handling this so I told her to go get her. The manager comes in with an attitude and tells me she is on break and would I just take some cookies. Again I said no just give me a refund. The manager ( was very rude) said that takes time and wanted me to pull over. I refused, she got mad and told me to pull over and wait until she gets off her break to process a refund. I finally just left because I had somewhere else to be. I know it wasn’t much money but it was the point that they didn’t have the product I ordered, didn’t want to give me a refund, and wanted me to just go on. Very rude employees!
