  Seems like every time I use the app it takes forever to get my order. I’ve waited up to 30 minutes before. Most of the time it’s 15-20 minutes. Then I push red button and tell them I used app. They say we will get that order right away. Should’ve already been done. They have also lost my order multiple times. Please correct this. I love your food and it’s a convenient way to get your food. Thanks

  I wasn't rushed into making a choice, after ordering the $6 double smash burger deal, it arrived in about 5 minutes Hot and delicious 😋 So 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 from me.

  Ok I’m finally gonna be in the complain about SONIC @ CLARKSVILLE . I’ve waited 30 minutes on a mobile order. 1 peanut butter shake. The lady beside me also waited forever and actually rolled her window down and asked about her order . She got it right after that. I’m done after today. It seems like they do it on purpose , not positive though.

  I'm not here for service im here because being a fast place these people that bring your food, deserve more than $5.00 and hrs. Especially when they charge the same or not more as burger king, Wendy's and McDonald's whom pays thier people at min wage like the law requires. Just because they may get tips whi h is not all the time and requires them to even clean for $5 and hrs is not right. These places that make money hand over fist and dont follow federal laws on min wages need to be closed down. The tips are extra money, even as a exderivery driver i made minwage plus tips.
