I witnessed 2 patrons walk behind the counter to get their own drinks. Multiple back to back orders did not have the correct items for their orders. Multiple items had to be remade as they were not up to the McDonald’s quality. Multiple employees are standing on their phones while customers are waiting. There was a large amount of dried urine present on the walls of the men’s restroom signifying these restrooms are not routinely cleaned. An employee did apologize for all these issues, but that does not excuse the presence of these issues. I would avoid this McDonalds at all cost. McFlurry Machine down.
