    The young woman Haylee that took our order was very rude, did not give us what we ordered and took 25 minutes to deliver two burgers and fries. They were in chaos . I could have dealt with the time frame but the rudeness of Haylee was unacceptable. We will not return!

    No soda and they wouldn't substitute anything else for drinks,,none of the staff were knowledgeable about what they were doing. I usually like grill and chill dairy queen but after the last couple places I don't think I'll recommend anymore or return

    The lady who took orders and money seemed to have no idea what she was doing. She was complaining the whole time we were ordering about pulling a double. She was very rude. I asked for ranch because I wasn't given any when asked shT dipping sauce I wanted and she said "hope one is good enough I don't have more" very snobby and rude. Then she gives the next costumer ranch after me. She also lied straight to her manager saying the cash register glitched and didn't open for cash to be out in. When she really just didn't put it in the drawer when it opened. She instead closed it and tried to give it back to me until I mentioned it. Like a decent person I helped her so she wouldn't get blamed for the money being gone. And she got more snobby.
