Not greasy (for fried chicken), but extremely crunchy and the seasoning is perfect. It's halfway between regular and spicy. It's got a little kick, but not enough to burn your mouth, if you're sensitive to heat. The sandwich beats out all other places, hands down. Finally, the breakfast biscuit sandwichs (served all day) are the best I've ever had, fast food or otherwise. They have real egg and sausage and the biscuits are the size of burgers and both crispy on the crust and pillowy on the inside. The only downside is that they are quite a bit greasy, but come on, you're not going to be eating at Bojangles for the healthy options. Can't recommend it enough, although they need to get their online ordering available through the app to streamline pick up orders.
