I stopped by for a cheeseburger, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Communication through the speaker was difficult, so an employee stepped outside to take my order directly. I made sure to confirm everything carefully before she went back inside, but the order screen was never updated and I received the wrong items. When I politely brought this to their attention, a different staff member came out and was genuinely pleasant as she retook my order. Unfortunately, when the original employee delivered the corrected burger, her attitude had completely changed—she became dismissive and insisted I'd never mentioned any issues, despite having clearly explained the problem just moments before. My shake was also wrong, but at that point I decided it wasn't worth another confrontation and left. What makes this especially frustrating is the pattern—nearly every visit involves some kind of mistake with my order. It's gotten to the point where I'm hesitant to return, which is disappointing considering how conveniently located the restaurant is.

Make sure you guys count your change.. I paid with a 20 and was told she had to go inside for the change, about 5 minutes later she comes back with only $5. I was supposed to get back $9
