The food was hot, but the buns were dry and the lettuce was wilted and old. Had we been able to order at the counter, we all would have gotten cookies as they looked delicious, but it wasn't worth the time and effort to go back and use the kiosk again.

I get that fast food isn’t glamorous, but basic politeness and getting an order right shouldn’t be too much to ask.
