The employees don’t communicate with each other about orders so there’s always confusion between the people in the front and the people in the back. They’re always goofing around or on their phones. We aren’t greeted anymore, or even acknowledged until we’ve been waiting at the register for several minutes. The last time I went in, they forgot one of our items so I went back and when I walked in the door I stepped on a peeled banana; it was as if they were having a food fight (also taking into account the tone/atmosphere). Today we went drive thru and they forgot one of our items again. I’m very disappointed in my experiences and the unprofessionalism of their employees. I will say that the food is always delicious.
