Usually I just let it go because it’s good and it’s never that big of a deal but today we ordered two sandwiches and one of the two was missing 5 different items that we had asked to be put on there. I called the store to get a solution and so they were aware of their mistake and after explaining what was missing. The guy on the phone laughed as if it was funny that our food was made wrong. He then sounded like he didn’t have a solution for me until I asked for a refund. Very rude and unprofessional; won’t be ordering form this location again.
