They couldn’t care less either. It’s the closest sonic to my house, but I’m thinking it would honestly be faster to go to the one in Rogers because I wouldn’t have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for my order to be remade like I have to do EVERY SINGLE TIME at this location. And to think that I’ve tipped every time (I usually place online orders and then drive to the location to pick it up) and the whole experience is still terrible. It’s honestly astounding how much an order can be completely butchered… like how are we missing half the items in the bag?? and whoever is running expo just thinks “yep, this is good to go”.. because who in their right mind would double check that all the items were there.. I’ve worked in the fast food industry and I have never seen such consistent incompetence without any improvement.
