I did not order that way because all I hit was the add, didnt do any customaztions. My email receipt and order confirmation screen don't show any modifications. Simply requested a refund for the lil $7 because I wasn't going back out. The manager, and I didn't catch her name, had a nasty attitude, kept cutting me off telling me I ordered it that way and refused to listen. Horrible customer service, will not be ordering from them again for that reason.

This obviously won't impact anyone at Pizza Hut or their bottom line, but I will at least feel that I'm not giving my hard earned money to a company with such poor customer service. From delivering my order 8 hours early and sitting on my front porch ice cold when I got home to the store staff being condescending until I proved to them that they screwed up and then not taking any accountability, this experience had such a negative impact on what was supposed to be a nice Halloween evening for myself and my kids. I'll be attempting to get into contact with district/regional management for this location since my store doesn't appear to have a GM at the moment, but I doubt I'll have much success.

Young lady on the phone couldn’t seem to find my order in her system or be able to take down my phone number after serval tries. Finally, she put the manager on the phone and he was snarky to my Wife, who had taken the phone for me, and only gave us the option of a credit or a new pizza. We will not be ordering Pizza Hut from this store ever again. I would advise any future customers to reconsider purchases from this Pizza Hut until its management and staff have improved the quality of their customer service and their product.

I fed most of it to a stray dog who probably has diarrhea now. I sincerely apologize to the Bentonville sanitation department for any dog diarrhea you may have to clean in the next 48 hours.
