When I'm there the short lady with eye glasses, she is the one who took my order and she gave me wrong count of money, and I tried to explain to her but she was not in a mood to listen my words. She was such a rude lady towards the customer particularly in handling money and food.

Every time we order (either trough McDonalds app or at this location) there is ALWAYS something missing from the order. This time is was the pumpkin turnover (Ordered the 2 pack, got 1). I have gone through McDonald's customer service, then have been put in touch with the owners of the franchise (I think this started 4 years ago) but nothing seems to change. I wish the franchise company could get a handle on this but being 4yrs later, I have lost that hope.

Tell me why it’s still completely raw and cold throughout 😭 I just moved down here and been to this McDonalds twice now and it has sucked both times. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to a better one than go to this one. That’s a huge waste of $10. The fries were cold too because I had to wait for the burger. Only thing they didn’t mess up was my drink.
