Seems like they either need more employees or better employees, but they are always kind. The place is also very busy and I just think they haven't learned to properly mange the volume of food being ordered.

My food is cold and they try to pawn it off as to the orders just take too long to get out. If they would quit trying to keep their average timing down, maybe they should drop some fries when people come onto the lot instead of after they take orders
