I’ve defended them whenever my friends got poor service, but this is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life. We placed a mobile order just to get a half burrito. it’s quite literally half a burrito and then I got a chicken bowl that has six pieces of chicken max with like 3 quarts of sour cream. This needs to be studied.

I’ve not gone back to the one off Walton in a couple of years for that reason. When I saw this newer location while driving back from the airport, I thought we would give it a shot. We walked into an empty restaurant. The dining area had spilled drinks and used napkins on the floor and tables. The food station was filthy and the kitchen nearly made me gag. All the while the employees just sort of standing around like NPCs. We turned around and walked out and even my kids agreed that they don’t want Chipotle ever again. So…thanks for that I guess.

I went at 6npm on a Saturday and had a drive through line around the building and the lobby was closed..this isn't the staffs fault, it's clearly a corporate issue. The food is good and the service has been great. I will state again, it's expensive for what it is.

I have never gotten guac here that didn’t have at least one gross, hard avocado end in it. The meat is also usually dry.
- KBKacee BurrusNov 3, 20253.0Food is always good, but I’ve been to two different locations (Centerton and Springdale) and they NEVER have sweet tea made. This blows my mind. I ordered a kids meal today and then added on a large drink so I could get sweet tea, only to be told that none was made that day. I ended up just eating the cost of the extra drink because I didn’t want anything else. Please have tea made for customers every day!
