  Similar to the Bentonville location, this one is ALWAYS out of ingredients. So finally, I call the store to ask if they are out of any ingredients. The manager, Mikayla, picks up and asks what I mean, so I repeat my question.. then she asks who I am? I say I’m a customer, and she hangs up on me. I call back and she immediately hangs up again. Sure enough, when I get to the restaurant, they are out of corn and guac. The employees confirm that my calls were answered by the manager named Mikayla, and I was shocked that this was the manager. Actually no I’m not. This and the Bentonville chipotle do not seem to have any manager. Usually chipotles are great, but this one is a joke. They simply do not give a shit.

  Standard chipotle. The digital orders drive through is nice, but 95% of the time when you arrive at the designated time the order is not ready yet.

  I absolutely haaaaaaaate this location. Without fail, every time I come to this location, they are out of multiple things, no matter what time of day. At this point, it's beyond ridiculous and laughable. Just shut the entire location down.

  A young man named Chris fixed my order while putting together online orders and even cashed me out. He was very polite, efficient, and professional. He made this trip worth it and I can tell he is a hard worker and is a reason I will be back. I hope his manager sees this and understands that he has an amazing young man on his team.

  I tried this Chipotle a year ago and was not impressed with service or food quality or food value. Went back this weekend and had another disappointing experience. I walked in and started my order and most of the selection looked old dried up and not very appealing. I was hungry and I could have just went to TB but I wanted to get home. My biggest problem was when I wanted to add some peppers and onions but there were only a few left in the pan. So the worker began selling the idea even though they had been setting there a long time and looked dried up he liked them better that way. And besides that it will be 10 minutes to cook some more. To the manager ... if you can see the bottom of the pan it should have already been cooked and replaced. If customers are walking into order ... stir the items on the selection bar before they look at it so it looks more appetizing. Tell your employees its not them against the customers. Trying to talk to each other in their juvenile Chipotle code language isn't reassuring to the customer. Its rude and disrespectful. Dont act fake when you tell the customer to have a nice day. If you leaving the health and welfare of your customers to kids something will go wrong. I have no desire to use this Chipotle again. I didn't get sick this time but I quit eating at Moe's for all the same reasons.
