  The last 2 visits, no lettuce on my burger at all. This time it's burnt and about 5 flecks of lettuce if I look hard. My husband's was burnt, with mustard that wasn't requested. Hamburger should not have the consistency of beef jerky!

  Depends on time you arrive , food seems recooked later in the evening . Sometimes it's amazing .

  Either there kiosk's don't work, or the staff doesn't care about customer service, extremely slow service

  I like the recent updates to this location. I don't eat here anymore.... I find it to be overpriced & poor quality. I do regularly purchase their ice. The staff have always been friendly & accommodating. The speaker systems do not work well, so communication can be difficult.
