  I used my app to do curbside only because I had a sleeping toddler and infant in the car anyways it took them 30 to get it out to me and I was missing a drink I pulled up beside the door and ran inside to let them know I was missing a drink I showed the lady my receipt and instead of just handing me a cup so I can get it myself she walked off and started doing other orders well handing them to customers she was rude about it even though I had my receipt I also asked for syrup and butter that they always fail to give I used to love going to this location due to Arkadelphia location is just as bad or worse but now they can’t get it right in Caddo valley. I have multiple mishaps here but this day was the worse I was not the only customer they messed up their order just sad beside messing up and order and trying to help fix it they get mad and ignore you

  Terrible service was there 30 minute 15 at the window. Would never stop in there.

  The frappe was good, the biscuits though.. Golly they tasted greased up!! I have had better and I have had worse. Make sure you call ahead if you want espresso because the machine may not work.. but then again they never answer the phone.
